Every product is made just for you when you order it — Because each item is made to order, we generally can’t offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered, buyer’s remorse, or “my dog didn’t like the color.”

But if your gear shows up damaged, misprinted, or completely jacked up, we’ve got your back.

A photo of the issue

Your order number

A short explanation (no novels, we believe you)

If there’s a legitimate issue, we’ll make it right.
